I never got it.

I only had it a little over two weeks and the chain is starting to tarnish

You all have sent out several questionnaires about the order I made with your company, yet I have paid for and not received anything yet!

It's been almost a month and my order still hasn't arrived

It took a long time to arrive and the engraving was not what I selected or looked anything like what your website advertised. I was really looking forward to my angel wings and to see it’s not what it was promised I was very disappointed

The glass bead was too small to see the picture.
