BEWARE FAKE FAKE FAKE WHO THE HELL LEAVING A POSITIVE FEEDBACK OF THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE BAN FROM SCAMMING PEOPLE. I WAS CHECKING THE FIVERR WEBSITE I THOUGHT I WAS TALKING TO FIVERR PERSON. FOR SOME REASON I WAS CHATTING WITH THIS UPTOWN LOGO MERCHANT PERSON AND THEY PROMISE ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO HELP ME DESIGN A LOGO. ALSO THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE LOGO DESIGN IS 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. NOPE IT DID NOT HAPPEN I CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES I KEEP CALLING THEM THROUGH PHONE & LIVE CHAT I KEEP GETTING A LONG WAIT JUST THEIR ANSWERING SERVICE KEEP SAYING THE LINE IS BUSY THEN I TRIED THE LIVE CHAT NOBODY'S ANSWERING EITHER. SO I DECIDED TO OPEN A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD AFTER 3 WEEKS SOMEONE CALLED ME FROM THIS LOGO DESIGN TOLD ME TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD TO STOP MY DISPUTE DUE TO THEY ARE IN PROCESS TO REFUND ME MY MONEY NOPE IT NEVER HAPPEN. UNTIL NOW I STILL FIGHTING WITH CREDIT CARD TO GET MY MONEY BACK. WHAT A RIP OFF! I WILL NOT STOP TILL THIS MERCHANT IS BAN FROM OPERATING SCAM BUSINESS.

Really, would not even give 1 star. The worst company ever. No receipts or contracts. No communication. Mismanagement. A very deceptive company. Total rip-off.

I hired uptown for my website design on September 2019 and until now I am still making follow up on what happened to my website. Hiring them was a disaster. They kept promising to deliver it on time, until my project failed because my website was not complete. Now, I am trying to ask for a refund and nobody is willing to take my calls. Has anyone here knows how to sue this company? it is really worth taking a step going towards legality
