The improved website enabled overall company endeavors and simplified an overly complex registration process. As a team, Uptownlogodesign has been motivated to complete the project and produce high-quality work. Their dedication to the work makes them a beneficial partner.

Thay takes time to identify unique needs instead of presenting general solutions. They respond quickly and keep the project moving on schedule. Unlike other firms, they actively collaborate and even challenge ideas if it means creating a better end product.

This company is the worst. I do not recommend using them at all. It is has been over a year and they have not completed a simple application for me. Instead they have asked for more money and have not delivered ANYTHING. They say they are going to transfer my call to the financial department but instead they hang up on me and do not return any phone calls. They offer a 100% money back guarantee yet do nothing to ensure that. I started working with them in June 2019 and as of Sept 2020 have not been given anything. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!!!! I am now seeking legal counsel and hope this company stops stealing money from people.

Extremely professional. Very patient. Brainstormed a few ideas initially. Once we had the concept Ethan Stevenson continued to make small changes until I was completely satisfied. Really happy with the result and would highly recommend.

My experience was GREAT! Ethan Stevenson worked with me through revisions, pairing his creativity with my concept to create a logo I'm very proud of, and that represents my brand. He was responsive throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I would work with Ethan Stevenson again, for sure!
