I ordered multiple pairs of orthotics and paid for them (about 1 month ago) and have not received them yet

Hi Susie, the reason for the long wait on your order is due to us needing some important information from you, and we had no response for over a month. With this being said, I do believe we are now back in touch with you and getting the final information we need. Once this is done, your orthotics will be manufactured and will be with you asap.
It was very easy to order orthotics from Upstep and their customer service department was very responsive.

I ordered 2 pairs of Upstep inserts and loved them so much I ordered 2 more so that I did not have to swap them out of hiking shoes and trail runners. With the second order USPS lost the package. After filing a search with the post office they came up empty handed. Customer Care at Upstep was VERY helpful in getting a replacement manufactured and sent to me via Fed-Ex. So very appreciative of the excellent customer service. And now I am enjoying the Upsteps each and every day. I am about to walk the Camino in Spain and can’t imagine going without these!

ordered 2 orthotic arch inserts 7/24/26. After a problem getting their digital foot scanning software to function they sent me a physical foot mold box. The first pair arrived and was terrible. They made another pair and when it arrived it also was not correct. Then on 9/25/26 they sent me an email stating that they cannot make my inserts and that they will refund my money after I send back the incorrect ones. They claim they sent me 3 inserts when in fact they only sent me 2 (email from Jake at Upstep 9/10/26 confirming). After wasting @ 2 months, I'm now having to start over with another provider meanwhile my feet continue to hurt. I do not recommend using this online Upstep service. Find a local provider.

We understand how disappointing it is to spend months trying to get the right fit and ultimately be unable to use the orthotics.
