Upsell: Exceptional Communication, Full Accountability, and Expert Sourcing
I have had an incredible experience working with the team at Upsell. Whether you want a fully automated, hands-off experience or prefer to be more involved in the day-to-day, they seamlessly accommodate your preferred working style. They are extremely knowledgeable about all things Amazon and Walmart, and they consistently source great products for both of my accounts. What truly sets them apart is their communication and accountability. The team responds promptly and provides detailed, personalized answers to every question I have. When we encountered minor hiccups, such as a longer-than-expected shipping window or orders from their suppliers sitting too long without movement (not Upsell's fault), they took full accountability and explained the situation in a detailed, transparent manner. They even completely handle any messages from brands inquiring about authorization to sell, taking that stress entirely off my plate. Everyone I have interacted with has been super friendly, patient, and professional. If you are looking for a reliable, expert partner to help manage and scale your eCommerce business, I highly recommend Upsell.
