I received an offer that must have been a joke(I don’t find it funny). I have the actual offer still from Uplyft Capital courtesy of Michael S. $80,000 Payment $710 m-f 8 month payback When this came I thought I must have misunderstood but when I asked I was told these were the terms. Our company has been around for over 30 years and we have not had a year that was not profitable. I was hoping to pay off some credit cards at a lower interest rate that occurred from the company making it through the Covid 19 crisis. This was not in anyway a legitimate offer and I believe you should be brought up on charges for an offer like this.
