I called in Thursday and they had a the funds in my acct by Friday night, it was way better interest than what I had previously.

I received a mailed flyer stating I was pre‑approved and that applying would have no impact on my credit score. After submitting the form, the representative who called me was extremely rude. He insisted he couldn’t even discuss my application unless he ran a credit check — which directly contradicted the flyer. I reluctantly agreed, and it did negatively affect my score. After that, he told me I wasn’t approved because my credit cards were too maxed out… which is exactly why someone seeks a debt‑consolidation loan in the first place. The entire interaction felt misleading, dismissive, and unprofessional.

Connor was awesome! He took the time to explain my financial options and help me understand the process every step of the way. He is very kind and patient. He never behaved in a judgmental way and gave me very helpful financial advice.

Rudest and pushy representative Michael Markam trying to get me to consolidate every debt into one loan. When I said I didn't need to consolidate loans that had 0% interest terms because I didn't want to roll them into the loan and pay interest on them. He became very mad and began to verbally insult me. Stay away from them.
