UphexReviews of uphex.com

Well, I'm just learning how to build our marketing agency. I couldn't be anymore of a newbie. I haven't even signed up yet for the free trial and Support is knocking it out of the Park! What a pleasure! So many companies in the world today can't even pick up the ball never mind dropping it when it comes to Customer Support. If this is how Uphex treats their clients then I won't be going anywhere else for sure. Everybody I've dealt with so far from Uphex has been outstanding! If you're looking for what Uphex offers, then stop, sign up. It won't get any better than Uphex no doubt. You'll be treated the way you should be treated as a business person.

Love having a library of my created ads that I can choose from. The ad reporting and metrics all easy to find, the layout is user friendly, and the live classes + Lead Gen U are incredible for learning. Highly recommend using UpHex if you're running ads or want to learn about social media marketing.

Cancel button giving an api error so i literally have to find an email for support and wait and think about this more than id like to, but they refunded me within a couple days.

The UpHex Team is very responsive and diligent. Great customer service. I was able to cancel my account effortlessly with their help.

Great service and great service team. A few issues with trying to cancel the service (i no longer run ads as a service, my business has changed gears from that side of digital marketing) i had no issues using the software to run ads and the ads library it offers is good but also somewhat limited, since the andromeda update on meta i dont think the ads perform ad good as normal and also meta prefers video advertisements anyways.

In an online digital world of business possibilities, awash with options, (& distractions) UpHex, with their MVP program, and specifically the MVP 4 Day Agency Launch has allowed clarity, simplicity and focus. That these programs are reverse engineered - that for a company that specializes in Facebook & Google ads, writing ads is the last consideration - this alone separates Team UpHex from most everything I've seen. Instead of rushing to create products (instead of rushing to write ads) the founders of UpHex and key team members intentionally focus energy and eagerness on what matters first - knowing your customer, likely better than the customer knows themself. If you are looking for a way forward in online agency - a structured, sequential, clear path, with incalculable opportunity - check out UpHex and their MVP program. I'm blown away - and now it's time to get to work. Thank you, Team UpHex.

The MVP is the single best learning experience I've ever purchased.

AMAZE BALLS...these guys really care and built tools to make everything easier!!!
