He remind that i should upgrade the lastest version for my EaseUs and send the link for me. Finally, I had solve that problem very quickly. Thank you very much.

Purchased the Disk Copy Pro on the monthly subscription plan for a single purpose. I then needed to cancel the subscription as it would no longer be needed and was happy with the speed of reply and action taken by the support engineer. Only would be better if I was able to do this on an account as I could not see how to create one.
