We purchased thousands of UPC codes. Most of them were already in use on Amazon. It took WEEKS to get someone to finally send us new UPC codes. If you want UPC's please email me and I'll get you much better companies to work with. Companies that have said they hear the complaints from SNAP on a regular basis. Please. Don't. Use. Them. If you care about your business. UPDATE: We were given new UPC codes and those are already in use as well. Complete waste of our money.

One of the best business decisions I have ever made. I'm registered with GS1, so I was initially skeptical about buying new codes from anywhere else. 2 purchases later, I'm very happy I chose SnapUPC.

We did reach sales@snapupc,com, and not sure is there any other way to escalate. but no RESPONSE in over 72 hours. Poor customer services after repeated updates. We sent order# (multiple times) with screenshots of emails, issues etc.

TOTAL SCAM!!! I bought dozens of UPCs from SnapUPC and NONE of them work on Amazon. THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER! Zero support. I emailed them and over a day later, they just emailed me back a link to their FAQ page! After that, they didn't respond to any of my emails. I lost a lot of money because of them!

I originally had listed a zero as I couldn't download my UPCs ... customer support got back with me and the issue has now been COMPLETELY resolved to my satisfaction.

So easy and fast to get UPC codes that work!

First time SnapUPC user. 30% of UPC barcode purchased off this scam site didn't work. There are already duplicated UPC taken on Amazon and Amazon won't let us list our products. This cost me much more money than what I paid for the barcodes - because we trusted this website we've already printed and attached the barcodes to thousands of our product. A very horrible experience for a small business devastated by the pandemic. STAY AWAY. I don't need my money back. Like I said the bigger cost is not from purchasing the codes, it's the production cost to redo my packaging - that's in the thousands of dollars. Are you going to pay me back that cost? I've already sent multiple emails requesting GS1 certificates and no response that's why I had to do a review here. Update 1: funny only AFTER I posted this review I got a response from a different guy claiming he'll help provide GS1 certificate. Let's wait and see. If you guys do solve the issue, I'm more than happy to retract this negative review. For now, I won't provide my case info linking this case to my UPC order, because you need to solve all of your customer complains not just the ones diligent enough to post a public review. Update 2: Confirming SnapUPC won't be able to provide GS1 Certificates for failed UPC codes. After rounds of back and forth, their customer support just kept deflecting my request and only offered me new codes - which I have stated is useless to solve my issue. Also since then I've done more research on this issue (Should have done it in the first place I know) this is not only a SnapUPC issue and there are many these sketchy UPC wholesalers out there potentially only using random UPC code generators without GS1 approval. I did find other reliable sites with higher price tag but can't post it here since Trustpilot doesn't allow links. In summary, it's a hit or miss situation. Feel free to buy it from SnapUPC but always test it immediately after your purchase before applying your codes to your package. (We only consider official websites owned by the brand, manufacturer or the UPC/EAN owner - the affiliation should be clearly called out) If you are not the owner of the brand, please provide: * A copy of a letter or legal agreement from the manufacturer, or brand stating that the GTIN you are using to list this product is valid and owned by them OR that you are allowed to use your own GTIN to sell unique products with their brand.
