Thanks for the lovely review! Giving our customers great value on every transfer is a big part of what we do, and we're glad it shows. Thanks for choosing Unplex!
I use Unplex regularly, It’s Simple to use, no app needed, and always better rate, others app gives better rate only once or twice when you are using it first time but unplex is always unbeatable rates. also its faster and no transfer fees. Now its support NRE that’s cherry on the top. I highly recommend to use it.

Thank you for being a regular! We're glad you value the same great rate on every transfer, not just your first, along with no transfer fees and the simplicity of sending over WhatsApp. We're excited you're enjoying NRE account support too. Thanks for recommending us!
It’s very simple to transfer money from Unplex using WhatsApp or app . Even it fast and transfers money in 1-2 days . Only sometimes we get the issues where it takes 4-5 business days. Another good part is support services available 24*7 and they really replying. Out of 10 transactions 1 transaction will be stuck or take more time. If you can make consistent delivery period it would be great.

Hi there, thank you for the kind words and for using Unplex regularly! We’re glad you find sending money over WhatsApp and the app simple, and that our support team has been helpful. You’re right that delivery times should be consistent every time. Occasionally, a transfer takes longer because of checks or processing, and we’re working with our partners to reduce these delays. If a transfer ever takes longer than expected, message us on WhatsApp, and we’ll trace it for you right away. Thanks again for the feedback. It helps us improve.
It’s very easy for me for first transfer and they are very transparent on charges etc.

Hi there, thank you! Great rates and an easy experience are exactly what we’re aiming for, so it’s good to hear we’re delivering.
★★★☆☆ (3/5) – Competitive Exchange Rates, but Poor Communication Unplex offers competitive exchange rates for transferring money from the US to India, which initially made it an attractive option. However, my experience was disappointing due to poor communication. I initiated a transfer earlier this week, but Unplex failed to notify me that the transfer was about to expire. As a result, I now have to initiate the transfer again and can no longer secure the same favorable exchange rate. While I appreciate their competitive rates, timely notifications about transfer deadlines and expirations are essential, especially when exchange rates fluctuate. I hope Unplex improves its communication so that customers do not lose out on favorable rates due to a lack of timely information. Overall, good exchange rates but disappointing customer communication.

Hi there, thanks for the honest feedback, and we’re sorry you missed out on the rate you’d locked in. We understand how frustrating it is when rates move. You’re right that a clear reminder before a transfer expires would have helped. We’re adding expiry reminders, so customers have time to complete payment before the rate lapses. If you’d like us to take a look at your transfer, please message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected]. We appreciate the kind words about our rates, and we hope to earn a better review next time.
I've been using the Unplex money transfer service for more than a year, and it has never let me down. Transfers are fast, reliable, and delivered on the exact date promised. I really value the consistency, transparency, and excellent exchange rates, which are often better than Google's rates. Overall, it's a service I can confidently recommend.

Thank you for being with us for over a year, and for such a kind review! On-time delivery and great rates, every time, is exactly what we aim for, and it means a lot that you’d recommend us. We look forward to many more transfers together.
No hidden fees What i like most about unplex is the transparency . I can see the exchange rate , and final amount before confirming the transfer. There are no unpleasant surprise at the last step, and my family knows to expect. That kind of honesty makes a big difference
