We highly appreciate this review! Thanks for sharing your experience with us.
They are a scam get your $25 and you go through all the steps just for them to tell you in chat they can’t do it and just disconnect chat abruptly also the guy whose name is John is very unprofessional and rude so don’t waste your money or time.

Scam? We definitely are not a scam! We have successfully unlocked over 2000 devices and have had over 2000 happy customers. Occasionally problems can occur that prevents us from unlocking the device ( as in any technical field ), but in this case. The customer is given a full refund or store credit. As for our technician, he will be spoken too, and all chats between you and "John" will be reviewed. If you have any further questions or concerns you can email me ( Founder & owner ) directly at [email protected]
this website is fugazi. this website is fugazi. they have inaccurate details on their website. They listed that they can do ANY LG, this is on their website. Then I tried to get my Nexus 5x serviced, and the guy, says this is not LG, what a fool. if thats the case, you guys need to edit your website content or pay more to get your website accurate. anyways, these guys are GARBO ebay instead
