Item works perfect IPhone X with sprint unlocked for T-Mobile , shipping was just late but good item

I bought two of these devises. One works 100% and the other failed after a month. It's been more than a week now with no response to my emails. Out of sight out of mind...could be their policy. Findings I decided to check it my phone was due for an update and yes it did. After the update, the chip worked fine again without having to enter any numbers. So try updating your IOS if the chip stops working.
