Dear Ruby, Thank you for your feedback. We genuinely appreciate all input from our users, even when it stings a little. We're really sorry to hear about your negative experience and we want to address your concerns directly. For clarity, we would like to clarify that UnlockHere.com is indeed a legitimate and fully registered company. We're proud to be listed on both the Better Business Bureau and Trustpilot, where thousands of satisfied customers have shared their positive experiences 🙌. As part of our commitment to transparency, we do not capture any payment information ourselves. We use a regulated third-party platform for all transactions to ensure your information is handled with the utmost security and integrity. The claim that we sign users up for a £60/month health subscription is completely false. We suspect that this misunderstanding may stem from confusion with another service, or perhaps it is an unfortunate attempt by competitors to undermine our reputation. Regardless, we take such allegations very seriously and forward all relevant information to the competent authorities to protect our users and our reputation. If there was any confusion or if you have any further details to share, we'd love to hear from you directly.
