Since its inception by co founders William Barr and Michael Strmac in 2002, Universal Windows Direct has lived by the philosophy of CANEI - "Constant and Never Ending Improvement". This philosophy holds true in all aspects of our business, from sales and marketing to installation and service and has catapulted UWD from a small, local home improvement company to one of the largest exterior remodeling companies in the country. From the salesman through to the installation, the whole process was very smooth. I shopped around at several competitors comparing products, prices, installation procedures. Overall, Universal Windows had the best product for right price. Communication with customer service was great. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who answered my questions throughly. The windows and slider door I ordered came in within a week of the projected time quoted. With replacing all my windows and back slider I was impressive with how close Universal kept within the time frame. The installation was amazing. In one 8 1/2 hour day, their team of 5 replaced all my windows and slider door and finished the whole project including the fine trim details not needing to come back and finish up. There team also did a great job cleaning both the outside and inside areas where they had worked. I have a couple more projects planned in the future and planning to use other branches of Universal for this projects. Exceedingly excellent job and thank you.

All of the people involved in my window purchase and installation were wonderful! They went above and beyond! Not gonna lie...a couple of issues came up along the way (with construction when DOESN'T it hahha) BUT...they made everything right with no problems! I would recommend them 1,000%!

The sales person was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Every process went exactly how she explained. We have dealt with many construction and home improvement companies, and I have to say this company will remain number 1. The product and cost is exceptional. The installation team was the best. They installed 16 windows in one day. They were professional, polite, and respectful of our home. I would recommend this company to all who need replacement windows. Thank you!
