ALPHA AUTOMATIONReviews of universalengraver.com

This company is a fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The company phone number does not work. They are located in India, not the United States. There is no headquarters in New York. customer service is non-existent and they do not honor returns. If you try to return it they will just add your reason to return it to their return policy and say it does not qualify to be returned. They don't honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. The whole thing is a scam. You will get no help either. Don't waste your money!

Got the 40000 mw laser and it did not perform as advertised at all! Customer support is non existent! Trying to return it now and can't get anyone to respond now. Do not waste your money on their products! I am probably out $1700 because of these crooks!

universalengraver is a great shop to buy Wood and Leather Engravers Or Laser Engraving and Etching Machine My experience with them was great, thanks to those in charge of the site

I bought an engraver for $700 a couple of years ago from them. The instruction for assembly didn't match the engraver they sent me. I emailed asking for correct instructions. They sent me about a dozen "could be one of these" instruction videos, sprinkled with just about everything under the sun. Customer service the worst, I may as well throw this P.O.S. out and buy American

This is a very good site And Most helpfull
