I like the way concepts are explained and easy to understand short but very well organized videos. However, they do need to add more TBS questions to practice. Also, when you’re working on TBS, the exhibits open at the bottom, so basically have to keep on expanding and scrolling up & down, which is time consuming and makes it harder. It should open besides the question.

I like the visual learning aspect. Questions are explained fairly well. Cons would be the online site is clunky, it doesn't track accurate progress when reviewing lectures and working through questions. The "ask Joey" box doesn't work so that should be removed. Customer service isn't the greatest, I'm still waiting on a question I've asked twice now. Limited amount of mcq and sims unlike other cpa study prep programs.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share this. We’re glad to hear that the visual learning approach and question explanations have been helpful, that’s a big focus for us. We also appreciate you pointing out the areas that need improvement. Feedback on site performance, progress tracking, and the “Ask Joey” feature is very helpful, and we’re actively working on improving the platform experience. I also apologize for the delay in getting a response to your question, that’s not the level of support we aim to provide. For additional support, you can also email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and our team will make sure your questions are addressed. Regarding the MCQs and simulations, our focus is on providing high-quality questions with detailed video explanations so you can fully understand the concepts, not just get through volume. Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us continue improving the course and overall experience.
LMS doesn't keep track of watched videos, need to keep track manually on note pad. I must add content is amazing, more easy to understand because of step by step analysis of concept.

If you notice improvements as we roll out updates, we would truly appreciate you revisiting your review. Thanks again for your patience and for being part of our community.
The Interface and Content seems good. I am yet to appear for exams so I cannot comment on the difficulty level that they match. However, I did have many doubts and issues, which I am constantly writing to support team, yet have not received a single revert on them. Disappointed on this front !!

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you find the interface and content helpful. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with our support response time — that’s not the level of service we aim to provide. We take this seriously and would like to look into your messages right away to make sure your questions are addressed. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can resolve this promptly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to improve.
So far, I really like the content, videos, questions, and explanations. It’s way better than GLEIM’s confusing book, which overcomplicates everything for no reason. The material here is easy to digest, and you actually understand the logic behind how everything is taught. That said, the interface feels a little clunky, especially after finishing a set of multiple-choice questions. Instead of being able to continue directly, you have to click back to the dashboard, then go into Chapter 1, Module 1 again. It would be much smoother if there were an option to simply “keep going” from the same question set. Finally, an iPhone app would be a great addition, so the multiple-choice questions are always accessible on the go.

Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful feedback! We’re really glad to hear that you’re finding the content, videos, and explanations clear and easy to follow—that’s exactly what we aim for. We also appreciate you pointing out areas for improvement with the interface and accessibility. Our development team is actively working on updates to streamline navigation after practice sets and make the platform more seamless overall. An iPhone app is also on our roadmap, and we’re committed to releasing it once we’re confident it meets the same standard of quality as our course content. Your feedback helps us prioritize what matters most, so thank you again for taking the time to share.
Not transparent with their pricing. They keep offering different discounts within short period of time. Contents are good but don’t prepare to crack exam honestly. I like their visual aids that’s why I bought it with 19% but found out within a week they are offering same product as Black Friday sale @60% discount.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our visual aids and found value in our content, as we strive to provide the best resources for our students. Regarding your concern about pricing, we understand how timing promotions can sometimes feel frustrating. You initially used a 19% discount code, and when you reached out, we worked to provide additional value by including $500 worth of free resources. Additionally, we upgraded your access from 24 months to lifetime access at no extra charge to ensure you have long-term support in your CPA journey. While our Black Friday sale offered a larger discount, it’s part of our effort to accommodate various budgets throughout the year. We regret if this caused frustration and truly appreciate your support. If there’s anything further we can do to enhance your experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected] Thank you for trusting us as part of your CPA preparation journey, and we wish you all the best in your studies!
Its good price but there should be more MCQ and SIM questions , also the exhibit displays and layout of the system can be improved.

Good content but as soon as they see that you may not be a repeat customer, the customer service is out of the window. Context: I purchased BEC before the change. In the website that converted to BAR; however, I did not have the access to all of the videos or MCQs. I contacted CS and explained that though I technically didn't need access to all of it (I am studying for CMA), I still needed access to all, as we couldn't cherry pick. I felt like as soon as I said that, the communication ceased. I paid for a section, so I should have access to a section. I am truly disappointed as I really feel like the content is good. Edit: I sent an email to Corinne and her colleague and received a respond in a timely manner and the issue was handled satisfactorily. As mentioned above, the content is good, but this must have been a case of a situation that "fell through the cracks." Mistakes happen and how this was handled definitely showed their professionalism. Thank you, Corinne and Joey. Best regards, Cristina
