We’re sorry you had this experience, and we’d really like to help clear things up. Our support number is (855) 888-6423, and our live Chicago area team answers all calls during business hours. It’s possible you were working with a different company using a similar name, but if this was indeed us, we want to make things right. When someone signs up for Unitel Voice and you are unable to verify your account or it gets flagged by our third-party fraud detection system, we don’t activate the service, and we don’t keep the charge. Any pending transaction is automatically voided or refunded. If it shows up as a charge, it’s usually just a temporary authorization that disappears within a few business days (depending on your bank or card issuer). This review was posted anonymously, so we can’t follow up directly. But if you believe this issue is still unresolved, please email us at [email protected] and reference your Trustpilot username "Chocolate Store". We’ll look into it right away and make sure everything was handled correctly. We take every review seriously — especially the tough ones — and we hope this helps explain how we handle these situations and what may have happened here. The Unitel Voice Team
