Poor Workmanship
Installed a wood floor 3 years ago. Now it is coming apart. Do not do business with this company

We are certainly confused by this review as your wife was in our store last week and apologized for your behavior and acknowledged the problem has nothing to do with our workmanship but rather has everything to do with the lack of homeowner maintenance. Our 46 year service record in Merced County speaks for itself, as does our hundreds of 5 star reviews. The simple fact is that you need to fix your downspout to divert rainwater away from your home.
