Property owners run!!!! Garbage company!!!! I am, unfortunately, 3 months into a 6 month lease agreement with these clowns. So far average rent paid has been 8 days late. This is after multiple emails and a litany of excuses. When I finally got paid, it was some bs money service that made me wait an additional few days or sign up for their credit card. Stay away, stay very far away.

This company is a little newer in the neighborhood but the pros of that is they will do whatever it takes to make their clients happy. I have stayed with the company personally as a "test" to compare what sets them aside from airbnb is the 100% full customer service and OPEN-ended options to personize each individual's needs. Hotels: limited options and amenities, limited choices, limited stays-to -per diem, no customization- not cost effective. Rental housing / airbnb: no customer service, limited options, no options. United (corporate housing): LOTS of options and Lots of customizations. Flexible lease terms from 30 days to 3 years and can be month to month renewal or 1 year renewal - basically whatever the client needs they can work with you. LOCATION is flexible, you can opt for one of the existing inventories, or you can choose your own and they will provide all the amenities you need in one package, you don't have to do a thing. If the client decides to stay long term, they even have a real estate department to connect you with options of referral and military / non military client incentive programs. I have nothing but great things to say about this company that is new and up coming, I can see this company grow in the future years, just like all new corporates, they start small but as long as the culture is good, they will take care of their customers and that is KEY.
