All good. Happy with service

I purchased an Apple HomePod mini. I was shipped a counterfeit apple HomePod mini. The stickered branding on the box and the build quality of the “speaker” were evidence of a non-genuine product. I emailed customer service to request a refund and was met with radio silence. I would not buy anything from this retailer.

never responded to any of my emails and only sent me my products after i said i wanted a refund. It was a month before they sent me anything. DONT ORDER FROM HERE

I received a fake product.

The products themselves are very good, however I am only giving 3 stars because the shipping process is super slow. Took almost a month to get my products.

Great service product came as advertised when no one else could supply it.
