We are so pleased to hear about your positive experience with our team member. It's wonderful to know that we provided clear explanations and consistent support throughout your Home Equity Investment process. We truly appreciate your kind words.
I agree with the positive reviews...you get your money the PROBLEM is when you go to pay it off! This is the WORST loan you can get. This company is charging me over 54% interest for borrowing 65K. Now, I have to pay them $222,000 after just 6 years. The worst part of it I took that money and invested into my home with upgrades and now they are trying to take that away. Stating the appraisal isn't correct. Which is holding up my current closing. The appraisal they ordered and I had to PAY out of my pocket for ($650). Lastly, don't believe the payoffs you hear when you call into find out what the payoff is. My suggestion would be if you have one of these loans stay in your home forever! That way you don't have to pay them off. But really this is a joke of a loan.

Brain was super helpful and always got back to me. He was also patient with me as I had to delay some the inspection due to family issues. He made sure to explain everything and never made me feel pressured. I can't recommend him or his company enough

Emily made my experience great and painless! I’ve taken a few loans out in the past but the process has never been so easy and most of all so fast from start to closing. Emily’s constant communication during the approval process was exemplary and I’m so thankful she was my loan processor. Emily gets 5 stars, a 10 and a huge thank you from this happy customer!
