Very simple interface and terrific quality transcription. Also produced the transcript fast. Exactly what I needed.

The interface is super intuitive. It helps to control the transcript and the audio on the same page without handling two different apps. It is capable of detecting the number of speakers and organizing them on the page. It offers different extensions for downloading the transcripts. I needed the TXT, which is free. The transcript history tab shows all the audio files that you uploaded. I used it to translate French, and it works pretty well. The free version has its limitations (like many apps), but it offers many paid options that fit different budgets.
