Unique PhotoReviews of uniquephoto.com

Poorly run company. WARNING: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM. I was trying to make an order, but their online store gave me an error at checkout. Apparently the order was still created on their end, with no notification sent to me. I was double charged for my order, and the error order. Now they won’t give me a full refund for the order they sent, without ever acknowledging it was made. Buyer beware, they will make up orders, charge you and ship them, and then not refund your money when you try to return them.

Horrible company, possibly bordering on fraudulent. They sold me a product for which they don't have and never communicated that to me. I would never trust this company nor buy anything from them again.

Originally from NYC I had my go2 store, which was only 5 blocks away from where I lived. Now in Philly, needed to find my new store and I did. came across UNIQUE PHOTO. I don't like to get my expensive camera accessories delivered via mail and rather pick up in person. Kind, knowledgable staff was very helpful in helping me pick out certain items that I needed for filming. Will def repeat over and over again. Thanks UNIQUE for being my new GO2 camera store.

I'm not sure why there are no recent reviews of this site/company, but I recently purchased a Canon RF 24mm 1.4 lens from them and they were great. Fast shipping, great new lens. I'd highly recommend them to others.

received broken item, no refund
