I would have to say that things went pretty good. Appraisal made things fall behind. Overall a great experience. So happy they were able to help us get into our forever home.

They got the job done and i got a great rate. It was challenging do to sars cov 2 but they got me a great rate.

I gave 4 stars because I felt one of the representatives did not review my file thoroughly and quoted misinformation. Also, I did not find him to work towards my best interest...unnecessary stress.

Thanks for the honest feedback. We have talked to the employee about how to better communicate the actions we are taking on your behalf. So sorry for any added stress but we are appreciative that you picked us for your mortgage needs.
The process is good. There were a few bumps, i.e., with the e-signing being asked to sign again a few things I’d already signed, being sent some paperwork to complete to confirm membership in my union which I completed & mailed & then was told it wasn’t needed, having to remove my deed from my Trust...WHY?? That added costs and my attorney said there was no reason to do so & no one could tell me why it was required. I’m still waiting for my recorded deed to be returned so I can get it back into the trust ASAP. Took longer than expected partly because of the holidays but in the meantime interest rates dropped so that worked out well. Communication online was quite good BUT there were so many different people involved with lots of emails going back and forth that it was confusing so I just copied everyone because it wasn’t clear to me who was handling each part of the process. People were friendly and responsive.
