Great service and efficient online service. Was able to process everything overseas and have someone collect in Harare without any problems

The ease of purchasing online, the process is hustle free. Customer care is good. Twice I bought a wrong product and twice a got my refund without any problems. However I think there are areas for improvement. 1. There are a lot of your products which are not online. This could be improved. Get all your products online. 2. Instead of refunding and get through the whole purchasing process is it not possible to just change the product I want to buy

The online process was easy. but in the store some stuff when presented with a printed copy of the order, were not aware of how the process works. Staff had to reenter the order. This affects efficiency.

Union Hardware was very helpful when I had a problem with a product I had purchased from them. Within a day the issue was resolved, the product was exchanged and delivered to my house. Great customer care!
