Unikrn withholds money after suspending accounts/bets. No reason provided, completely legitimate bets.

Response from Unikrn· Apr 15, 2020
Hey Daniel, We can hold withdrawal for any accounts that have not passed IDV or if fraudulent activity has occurred on the account - this is to ensure customer safety and adhere to laws. This is the same process for all legal betting operators. Once you have past IDV funds can be withdrawn (after meeting the turnover requirement). We follow strict KYC/AML procedures and work with major payments institutions to ensure the correct processing. If you do believe you have passed account verification and concerning your account please contact [email protected] and we will help. Team Unikrn

This is terrible man listen, I am not one of those people who just go around and say holy moly this website sucks cuz they don't wanna give me free money! But this website is so bad I mean listen, I am a fan of one of their sponsors MattCS and I saw that you can make money by winning csgo games and I was very excited to try it, I am currently In Saudi Arabia, when I pressed the link it forwarded me to their website but It was blank everything was there but without a text I thought this was a network issue so I fired my VPN to Pakistan, and it worked, so I created my account, linked it, and I bought a 12.3 euro gift card so I can start depositing but the problem was that the code wasn't working, I decided to contact their support team. I said hello they responded normally I asked them some questions they seemed confused but eventually got it, I told them I have bought a paysafecard that's worth 12.3 euro but in Saudi money, they asked where I am I said currently in Saudi Arabia and Connected to Pakistan, they disabled my account told me it was against tos, then when I asked them to at least help me with my 12.30 euros they just told me they can't do anything and that vpns aren't allowed, now I have this gift card I can't use and my account that I spent 5 dollars on just so I can link it (It was a limited account) useless staff useless website completely disappointed, not to mention that MattCS is a youtuber that makes videos for English speakers and the website is only available to residents of the Netherlands. No further warning, no indication that my country isn't listed, it just showed me a blank page, completely disappointed. Edit: The representative said that they don't know their rating site, she straight up lied to me.

Hey, We're sorry to hear this however you can always check the eligible regions for here: https://unikrn.com/legal/tc Also, if you did in fact switch a VPN for Pakistan you're unable to access our site. It is your responsibility when wagering to ensure you're not using a VPN and accessing the site from region you are and to ensure your account is verified. We adhere to strict KYC/AML policy to ensure the safety of our customers and community. Team Unikrn

Hi Jerry , We know trust is the most important part of our business which is why all of our results go through a robust, government-approved and audited verification process. Unikrn is fully licensed and monitored by government agencies to guarantee bet resolution, so if you feel your bet was mishandled, we’d be happy to look at it with you and explain why and how the bet was resolved as it was.
