Why are you guys not responding to the chats and the support emails it been over 1 months. And why are you Delaying posting transactions to account. This is bad. Also you guys no social handle no Instagram no Facebook no X Twitter. It look fishy

Honestly this is a very weird service. They have no support Atall I’ve sent emails and even tried chatting their support on the website and two weeks later still no reply. I haven’t been able to view my card details for some time now and I can’t create any new card. I have absolutely no idea what is going on on the platform. The iPhone app is basically non functional. It’s all just weird

This app is a scam, they will steal your money. They have hidden all their contacts, and their support service is not working. Avoid this

Hi Parker, We take claims about funds availability very seriously and review them carefully. UniFi does not retain or hold customer funds when a deposit cannot be processed. If a deposit does not meet our standard verification requirements, it is automatically rejected and returned to the originating bank through the ACH network. Depending on the sending bank, it can take a few business days for the return to appear back in the sender’s account while the reversal clears through the banking system. For privacy and security reasons we can’t discuss specific account details publicly, but our support team has already responded through the support thread and provided additional details regarding this matter.
