Cheryl from understood care has been very helpful in trying to help me obtain a mobility scooter. She has gone over and above what I expected and I am very pleased with the time and effort she has invested in me. So happy to have someone who cares so much help me. Don't remember the date we started but it's on-going.

I just love Amber. She understood everything and more. She was more like a big sister too me than my personal advocate. A she helped me in more ways than one, in things that I should have known as a older woman. I guess I was too far gone or frustrated with life and other things in life itself.
