Our experience with understood care is amazing. Our advocate Karen goes beyond helping us. She doesn't give up on helping you until she gets what she wants for the people. It makes it alot easier on me because I care for my elderly mother. I dont have time to be on the phone calling around. Karen does that for us and it takes a lot off my plate.
