I haven't been with understood care for very long. nut I tell you what it took such a load off my mind and my anxiety knowing that I have somebody to speak for me and to go over all my paperwork that makes me panic, And I don't know how to get it straight and understand. It all is overwhelming. but once I got my advocate really showed me me that they can help me with all my concerns. And issues. thank you understood care 🫴❤️🙏

So far this company has done what it said it would. I have another appointment in home on the 20th of July we will see how it goes I’ll let you know

I waited yesterday for a call back but never heard from her except for me to answer a few questions in a text
