Yaniv & Associates was founded by a group of matrimonial attorneys seeking to revolutionize the legal industry and its billing practices. Our mission is to provide exceptional New York legal services at an affordable rate. By cutting our overhead costs and streamlining our core services, Yaniv & Associates is in a unique position to offer quality, high-end representation without the high-end fees. In fact, we have done away with hourly billing in favor of simple, client friendly flat-fee rates. If there is one thing that our clients know it is that our attorneys and professional staff are available daily to assist with any divorce related issues – no hourly rates, no bills, no hidden fees. Simply put, we give the average New Yorker access to quality legal services at a fee that won’t break the bank.

Yaniv & Associates made this uncomfortable/unfortunate process the least stressful it could possibly be. All of my questions were answered promptly and I didn't have to worry about things not being done correctly (which tends to happen VERY often nowadays). Thank you, Yaniv & Associates!
