case won’t stay charged and runs out of battery in one day, unbelievable. i want a refund.

Something is not right with these AirPod Pro 2's. On first glance, they do not act, feel or resemble the same quality as my Airpod Pro 1's. This could be becuase theyre manufactured in different plants, but I was skeptical from the moment they came out of the packaging. The sound quality is not good. I am also not sure why, but everytime I answer a call, the volume maxes out and blows out my eardrums. All settings have been tinkered with, and theyve been detached from my phone numerous times now so I dont know what is going on...definitely need to return so I dont lose my hearing!

The case drains battery but more importantly that when on calls it’s sounded distorted and muffled. Hard for other person to hear me or what I’m conveying.
