The kit that was specifically for my 2500 Chevy would not work with in truck. Had to send it back after attempting to do update with service tech. Now I’m waiting for the old one to be received by you all before you send me a new one back. So far I’m not experiencing a good experience thus far. I don’t know how long it will take for the turn around now and the truck was suppose to be in the field already.

Customer service was excellent. I read the instructions but wanted to call to speak with someone to confirm I was understanding everything correctly. Installation was fast and easy. Working through the different light patterns is what took the longest.
