Item came and is in great shape no problems

Love my wall reference. Came on time and no ordering or delivery issues.

I purchased an item that turned out not to work with my office set-up. Ultimate Office customer service personnel were very polite, efficient, and provided the exact info I needed to get the item shipped back and credited. Although I didn't even buy anything, I was very favorably impressed with the company.

I have been a customer for several years and their customer service is top notch and up until my last order, the products were of great quality. Unfortunately, my last order came with slight damage. It won't keep me from continuing to shop with them. It was just a little disappointing. I'm sure if I contacted them, they would take care of it, but I was excited to start using the items.

I ordered some magnetic boards for my office to help with organization. I received the boards and when I unpacked them I noticed that the dividing lines were not on the boards. I called customer service and they asked me to send them some pictures and they immediately realized my order was wrong. I received the new boards after a couple of weeks. I am very pleased with the product and especially the customer service.
