Great product that works well and doesn't have issues usually. Product does log out when updating and this will cause a forced user log out. When trying to login this causes exceed max user error and cannot log back in until contacting Customer service.

Everytime I have an issue, I know I can contact UltFone support and they will respond back within a reasonable amount of time. Their support is always appreciated.
