Terri was brilliant, every time I emailed her, I received a response that day or the next morning. Terri explained everything clearly and professionally. I would not hesitate in using their services again or recommending them to others. I was advised it may take 4 to 6 weeks but to my surprised my Passport returned in 18 days. I then received a follow up email explaining who to contact to get my visa electronically attached to my new passport. Kevin
