Fill in a very basic on-line form; pay the fee; have the UK passport collected and voila! Nine days later my new passport delivered (to US home). Super-easy, quick and great personal service from Glenda. 5 stars - I would give 10 if I could.

I needed to renew my UK passport and change my name. Living in New Zealand I didn't want to take the chance of missing something so I used UK ABROAD.
