Hi I have the same experience, the price was not mentioned during the process, not even in the confirmation e-mail. I only second day checked my account and was surprised about the price (paid for 4 people). I am usually careful, this is first time, this happened to me (sorting some other issues at the same time... just not focused on what i do). I applied for cancellation and refund - should receive reply within 72 hours... Anybody from you, who have the similar experience with this site - did you manage to cancel? Did you get your money back? Or at least, if not succeed to cancel, did you get your ETA? thanks a lot and good luck

This is a scam for certain. showed no payment amount during the entire application and payment process and eventually drawing 99 USD from my credit card. They have promised a refund upon filing a refund complaint on their website. Though no refund yet. Filing a fraud report with my bank as well as local police.

It is a scam. It just took 1000kr from my mother in law and provided no ETA. Mad at myself for not filing the ETA for her.

Thats a scam. They ripped me off 90 euro. They didnt answer to emails even if they promise refund on their site. I will try to get my money back with my bank.

Fraudulent website. My mum was charged 10x the amount stated on the government website and hasn't received any ETA.
