The custom blackout shades work flawlessly. Closing them during the day leaves our room in complete darkness. Customer service was quick, friendly and answered all of our questions. Their online videos and instructions are easy to follow. We had no issues measuring and installing them on our own. I also love the clean look of the shades. They are easy to dust and clean when needed.

These black out shades are amazing, easy to install, great customer service to walk you through the measuring process. The directions on line with a how to video is fantastic and takes the guess work out of the install. Finally how do they work and look? The look is clean and modern and they work perfect. I will definitely be looking to add more of these in other rooms of my house.

The quality of the products is excellent and they really do what they claim to do. I have been sleeping so much better with a completely blacked out bedroom. They have also gone out of their way to help me with a couple of small issues I encountered. Tech-support stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes one day to help me resolve a problem. They even sent me a new part that they had created to help with a bow in my window for free.

This shade is perfect. Easy to use, blocks out the light as promised!

I purchased these blinds about 6 months ago because I was working 3rd shift and sleeping during the day was difficult. I was VERY HESITANT to purchase this at first due to the price but I saw that they had a 30 day money back guarantee so I decided to give it a try. All I can say is that they are worth every penny! They block out 100% of the light and it wasn't hard to install. I did have to call them about an issue I had and their customer service is on another level. They were super nice and understanding and most companies now just want your money and could care less about you after they have it. It's like Chick-Fil-A compared to McDonalds and I don't know about you, but I am the type that is willing to pay more money for good customer service! If you are on the fence, don't hesitate, it's a great product backed by a great company!

Well worth the money! Quality products, excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Im absolutely thrilled with my experience with UBlockout Shades. I made a measurement mistake on my order, and their customer service handled it flawlessly—punctual, kind, and genuinely helpful. They even automatically upgraded the adjusted order to express 2-day shipping, which was a huge and appreciated surprise. The product itself is worth every dime: manufactured and assembled in Texas, solid powder-coated aluminum, a simple yet brilliant mechanism, and truly 100% light blocking. Installation was straightforward and painless. This is one of those rare cases where great customer service and a great product actually live up to the hype. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely be ordering from them again!

Very thorough to make sure your measurements are right they do it with you on zoom call. The quality of the shades and frames are excellent. Their website has easy to follow install videos and troubleshooting that makes it a breeze. Love the shades, first day slept longer in the morning.
