Working with this team has been incredibly awarding experience. They consistently demonstrated professionalism, resilience, and a willingness to support one another, even during periods of significant change. It has truly been a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated and talented group of individuals.

The team I worked with was highly motivated and quick to learn anything I threw their way. They are SO great to work with and I'm devastated that our relationship is ending due to reasons completely unrelated to the success of the team itself. I cannot recommend them enough.

We have had an outstanding experience working with this company. They provide highly competitive pricing while consistently delivering exceptional talent and service. Our company currently works with 40 full-time dedicated resources through their team and they have become an integral part of our operations. Every representative we work with is intelligent, professional, responsive, and highly dependable. They are quick to learn, communicate effectively, and consistently demonstrate a willingness to take on any task or challenge we present. What stands out most is their flexibility and commitment to supporting our business needs. No matter the workload or complexity of the request, their team approaches every project with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. They are a true extension of their internal team. We could not do business without them.

We have been working with UAM for several years and have consistently been very satisfied with their services. Our specialist is highly responsive to feedback and implements updates quickly and effectively. He brings a great deal of creativity to our social media strategy, demonstrates excellent customer service, and has played an important role in helping us grow and strengthen our social media presence. We truly value the partnership and appreciate the ongoing support the team provides on a daily basis.

My company has been working with UAM for a few years now -- our team lead/point of contact, William, has been excellent to work with and is always eager to solve any issues we might be experiencing. Most of the team members we've hired have been top-tier and while some don't always pan out, we've had several top performers who have stayed on with us for years and have become integral parts of our business. Would recommend UAM to other start ups or companies looking to outsource workflow segments.

We've been working with Uassist.Me and their sales team for some time now, and I couldn't be more pleased. The two representatives we collaborate with consistently clear their tasks by EOD and never hesitate to go the extra mile to support others. Their reliability, responsiveness, and proactive attitude have made a real impact on our lead generation efforts. Highly recommend their services!

I was assigned an assistant in less than a week, and it's been a great experience so far. We're a small but busy company, so I appreciate all the support she's been giving me. My assistant is a fast learner with excellent communication skills, and I feel very comfortable delegating more work than I initially thought.

I believe the company is interested in having people pay them every month, but what I don't believe is that they have any interest in doing the things that keep you coming back. I tried for several months, and because of the price, stuck around. I encountered errors & when I inquired how I could make my instructions more clear they said it was fine, but that we could do it this other way (which was essentially just me doing the work) rather than they read and verify instructions. Additionally, you really need to babysit if you want to get anything done. Even though they theoretically have time specifically allocated to you - if you don't send them anything for a week, they won't take any initiative to reach out, ask if/how they can help (based on prior tasks) etc. You really need to have the task, ask for the thing, and then stay on top of the thing. So ultimately for me, it didn't really feel that they wanted to help, only to collect their money - even though they said "I assure you, we want to help!" (their actions indicate otherwise.
