We haven’t had any issues with Typhoon Labs. 2 months in and decided to take a chance and do 6 months. Once they were doing a system upgrade which took about 24 hours. We don’t experience freezing. Once in a while the channel will disconnect but it’s temporary. You do need decent internet speed to run it properly. Can’t complain about $60 for 6 months with 5 connections. Chat is always available.

Well I’ve had it almost 2 months it was working fine till it wasn’t. I paid for a year and won’t come back on. They say I need to get the express VPN which is more money ? I need help on what to do ???? Not happy right now I have Verizon internet which is working fine on my other tv with roku!! 🤔 Update It appears when I purchased the plug in box that typhoon was on there was a problem. I tried everything and finally put typhoon on my tv direct no box. So far so good !! Thank you 😊

I just started using this services today and it does not have a lot of channels like Rush Streams, Sportz TV and Apollo. There are not a lot of CW channels, no PIX11 NY, No Fox Huntsville, AL OR FOX Dothan, AL to name a few. I am not able to pull up some TV shows. The customer service is great. The overall quality and premium movies thus far is fine for $80. Please add more channels from all 50 States.

hey all of you must be nuts. 80 a year is better than all the proprietary programs like netflix, hulu, and all cable companies. they charge you an arm and a leg and do not give you half the channels you get with typhoon. yea it freezes up once in awhile, but if you know how to work around it then it becomes an easy fix. I enjoy sports which can be found on multiple channels. not just the mlb,nfl, nhl, ncaa passes, but in the sports network section. some are redundant. I find that they are the ones that freeze once in awhile. I do not care for 80 a year and being up and running 95% of the time I am all in, screw cable. Love typhoon.

RUN! Trial was awesome, but as soon as I purchased the year subscription (2 months now) a few popular channels sporadically experience streaming issues at the most inconvenient times, a LOT of buffering, sports channels stopped streaming, and customer service responds with the same BS about them working on the issue or the issue will be resolved - no timeframe given. I'm thinking of contacting my credit card company to cancel the service that I'm not satisfied with... By the way - you can ONLY stream on Android products! 😒

I like the service. Anytime it goes down they respond in the chat. They are the most stable services out there. I have them for 2 years.

The free trial was great but as soon as I paid for the service I started having problems. The customer service during the free trial was great but now all I get is crickets. The app won't even load. What a ripoff.

Had to give a 1 to write review..had this service for few months....this service sucks constantly have to reconnect...channels freeze stayy away
