Never Received my radios - emailed customer support - never heard back from them.

The site stated that my part was IN STOCK but it was not. I'm still waiting for the part.

My order was canceled with no further contact. What gives?

I ordered two FNB-78 batteries on January 14, 2023. On January 24, 2023 I received an email saying the order should have been delivered by then (which it wasn't). They said to email them if I had any questions. I've sent several emails with no response. They charged my credit card for the full amount. It is now February 24th and still no batteries.

I never got an email about the product being back ordered and then the rep said that I guess it went to spam. Checked spam and that was not true. I had to send emails about that and it would have been nice to know from the start.

I haven’t received my products, ordered over a month ago.

Ten days an item hasn’t shipped…
