Very poor, I would have selected no stars if it was an option.

Very poor, I made a purchase which I requested a refund for where it was declined. I have not used the overlay and will never be able to as I cannot run it and the additional software that is required, was not identified in the original purchase Hi, I have not received any of these "reach outs". This is the facts, I purchased a product on the basis that I could utilize the animated text as a twitch overlay. The Adobe software (which you would have to buy separately) is not advertised to be a critical component to edit the purchased item for $20.00, and the text package I received is not even animated as shown on your website. Immediately after the purchase I requested for a refund which was promptly denied. All said and done I spent money on something that I cannot use and the support ended with no refund. I am surprised to see the amount of effort now put forth to this matter. This is a review that I initially posted on my experience that was all, but now any customer has the knowledge of the facts of what has occurred from the transaction. 1) Utilization of the purchase which comes in .PSD format can be edited with Photoshop Elements which is $99.99 for the basic version. 2) The advertised animated text is not true as advertised. 3) You will not receive any refund if you are not satisfied or unable to use the download at all.

Reader note: This response was initially very segmented and long as the reviewer kept updating their review to expand on similar points in different ways. I'd requested multiple times that the reviewer make contact to resolve the issues they're having, but instead they kept re-editing their review with new claims and information, and I would then need to address this new info in an edit, and it got messy. As I'm not sure the reviewer will stop re-editing, I'll write each of their latest points in quotes, and then reply to those quoted points below. --- 1) "Utilization of the purchase which comes in .PSD format can be edited with Photoshop Elements which is $99.99 for the basic version." The way this is written reads like using any part of the download requires purchase of a $100 program - this is not the case. The download is full of standard video and graphic files usable everywhere. Personalising the included graphics is done via a .PSD file, this is indeed true. But you can achieve this for free, via a site called photopea.com, which is a great web-based Photoshop emulator. Once again though, it is not a requirement to use the graphics, only to customise them. --- 2) "The advertised animated text is not true as advertised" Again, the way this is written is an issue, as I am not sure what is being referred to. There's a great deal of animated text in this download, just as there are segments of text that are not animated. I do include previews of all animations, so all I can say with certainty is that what is displayed as animated in previews/adverts is what's provided as animated in the download. --- 3) "You will not receive any refund if you are not satisfied or unable to use the download at all." As I mentioned at the start of this reply, I've asked the reviewer to get in contact to resolve this, but have not received any messages thus far. Only updates of re-edits of their review.
