Allyssa, Can you please let us know what code you are referring too and on what product you saw the code? If it came from a book purchased in store, it most likely is an older book that is no longer in print and the codes have changed. We always fix any issues a customer has. Please provide me with your email address, and we will send you a $25 gift card for your troubles. We apologize that the code you tried did not give you the download you were looking for. We would be happy to send you that download as well. We just need to know what product and what download you were looking for. Thank you,

However, we do not know who you spoke with as we have no record of you submitting a chat request or phone call? We have sent you give cards as an apology for your experience. Lydia, Every product on Twinsisters.com is a digital product! You had IMMEDIATE access to your products on the thank you page as soon as payment was made. As well, the confirmation email that was sent minutes later had all the products listed in the email with links to click and download to any device of your choosing as well. This is a review that is both unfair and unwarranted. You were delivered exactly what you purchased. Please take down this review now that you know you have had your products this entire time. Thank you
