They charged my credit card monthly (was $3 and upped to $20) without me knowing and without providing any services to me. I should have to approve charges like that. I didnt even know what the company was and how they got my credit card information.

Hi Andrea, Thank you for reaching out. i'm sorry to hear about any billing confusion. I've reached out to you via Trustpilot for more information to further investigate and resolve this concern for you. Transparency is very important to us, especially when it comes to charges associated with our service. We recently introduced the $19.99/month Complete Care to bring more services together in one membership — including birth control, skin care, urgent care, and ongoing provider support. Looking forward to hearing back so I can best assist! Sincerely, Kelsey (she/her)
I've referred twentyeight health to a couple friends. Great service and support. Left another company for this one. Love the pretty blue bubble mailers my Rx comes in. Only 4 stars because there was one time where communication was not great and created panic. And a second instance where I had to message because I hadn't received my refill or any communication. Both instances were resolved quickly and apologized for.

What made my experience great was Patricia. She was amazing and kept lines of communication open the whole time . I did end up getting denied for my weight care but she did everything she could to help me . I'll never forget her kindness.. Thank you Patricia!
