Expiry dates are one of the first things we check on every order, so after reading your review we went back through each item in your cart. Every product in your order came from stock that had recently arrived, so none of them should have been past their dates. What we think happened is a date format mix-up, and it is very common with imported products. Because our products are made in Türkiye, the Best Before dates on the packaging are printed day first (DD/MM/YYYY), while in the US the standard is month first (MM/DD/YYYY). For example, a date printed as 05/11/2026 means November 5th, 2026, but most US customers would read it as May 11th, 2026, which looks like it has already passed. The same product can look expired or perfectly fresh depending on which format you read it in. If you still have the packaging, send us the dates you saw and we will check them together. If a product turns out to be a real problem on our side, we want to know and sort it out properly.
