TurboAntReviews of turboant.com

I've had my TurboAnt scooter for several years now & use it all the time. I love how durable it's been, so I was expecting the same quality after buying the Terra Hiker Tire Inflator for it. Sadly, the pump didn't work out of the box. After failing to get in touch with Terra Hiker, and explaining the warranty situation, the TurboAnt customer service team agreed to honor the warranty and shipped a new one, quickly and free of charge. The new one works perfectly & I'm happy customer once again.

Only thing that could have improved my experience is the time it took for the customer service to respond to my email. Customer support was professional and helpful.

I was impressed with efficient problem-solving. They accurately diagnosed my issue, provided clear video instructions for testing, and promptly sent a new LED display.

I purchased the scooter in March 2023, and initially, my son used it for his daily 0.8-mile flat ride to school, and we were quite pleased with it. However, in July, the scooter began experiencing issues with starting and stopping, rendering it unusable for my son's daily commute. I reached out to customer service, and they suggested I check the battery and throttle, providing YouTube videos as guidance. Unfortunately, lacking the necessary tools and electrical expertise, I couldn't diagnose the problem myself. After several back-and-forth exchanges with customer service, they ultimately advised me to send the scooter to their repair shop. Long story short, it took some time, but the scooter has been successfully repaired and is now in working order, allowing my son to resume using it for his school commute.

Fraudulent company. I ordered from TurboAnt in early June for one of their electric scooters. It has not arrived. I have proof from FEDEX that they have lost it, but these people will not send any refund. AVOID Edit: After 2 and a half months they finally sent the refund. Staff had responded to most of the emails I sent promptly, and looks like it was not an issue with them but with the platform they were using that caused them the delay.

good quality on asphalt roads and light gravel with some slightly metal noise . arriving on time . battery feels weaker after a full summer of use. I would buy again from this company if they offer another one with more range and speed while keeping the same quality/price for budget scooters

Wish I knew , that the TurboAnt M10 could make my life so much easier, earlier ! I Love it !!

They resolved my issue with my scooter. It broke 3 time used which was disappointing but they sent new part. Took weeks to get. But it worked
