I find some features would be helpful: see all past class histories and teachers record, and can easily get access to teacher's bio in the class history record. I had to ask support team every time when I wanted these information. Some billing features would also be helpful: in purchase history, can find how many credits applied to which class under which teacher.

Becky Oexler is a wonderful and encouraging teacher. She answered my questions and set me on the right path of singing again.

It was fabulous at first, absolutely wonderful. Then, after several months of weekly lessons, it went south hard and fast. The teacher shamed me when I didn't understand something (her job!), and let in her next student before finishing with me. I went from joyful to devastated in a matter of seconds. I couldn't sing even by myself for weeks afterward. I don't know if I will ever want to try lessons with anyone again. Definitely not with that teacher, and not with Tunelark.

Monique, thank you for sharing this, and I'm truly sorry. You came to your lessons full of joy, and no student should ever leave a lesson feeling shamed. Singing is so personal, and a moment like that can stay with you for a long time. We didn't know about this at the time, and I'd like to hear more about what happened so I can look into it properly. Please write to me at [email protected] whenever you're ready. I'd also love to offer you a free lesson with a different teacher who may be a better fit, so you can get back to singing on your own terms. Jennifer, VP of Tunelark Operations

Sydney, our tunelark coach, really customized her lessons to my very specific needs for an upcoming theater production! She is clearly a talented musician but most importantly, she listens and watches on video to look for all possible avenues to improvement.

Had a great time working with Alawna as my vocal coach. Her technical background really helped me improve using my different registers, especially my mixed voice. I thought it was great how she very directly taught me the different combinations of registers in my range, which allowed us to reference them and work efficiently. Some songs she helped me improve on included, "You Make Me Feel", "Golden", and several Ariana Grande songs.

My Tunelark voice teacher Alawna is amazing. She is clearly passionate about the art and science of singing and has been able to succinctly transfer that knowledge to me. Not only that, but she is gentle and supportive in her approach. I feel safe opening up and allowing creative joy to flow in her attentive presence, even when we are working through obstacles that I find to be nearly impossible to conquer (they’re not!). We’ve been working together for about 6 months and I have had HUGE improvements in all the areas that singing with confidence and ease entails. I highly, highly, highly recommend her to anyone from beginner to pro who wants their voice set free.

I have been taking classes on and off for a year and I always took classes from Alawna and she is the best
