Tunatutu is an unreliable company. Not responding to Customer service requests. Not paying refund requested.

This was due to arrive in June, but there is still no sign of it. After one email at the start of July explainging shipping delays they have failed to communicate any further information. I gave given up hope of ever receiving this and am looking into chargeback options. Save yourself some money and headaches - shop elsewhere.

I ordered a cooling comforter from them on Kickstarter. After months of waiting, I still didn't get my ordered product. What I got INSTEAD were lots of advertisement emails and false promises where they told me (or rather us, all the customers) that the products were already shipped and we would get a tracking number soon (that I never received). Feels like a big scam to me...

Literally one of the nicest I’ve ever owned. It's amazingly comfortable! It really does seem to keep my body at a great temperature.

The product is fantastic. I love the texture, the color and the package. Everything is so fine.

Im impressed with their fabric as it is very soft and durable.

I have just received my product and it is awersome.

This is the best silk comforter I've ever used, and it's really great that it can be washed.
